Before you checkout, please review your cart to confirm you have selected the correct number of prints. Changes and refunds will not be available, all sales are final. Please confirm your shipping address is correct, especially if using autofill or saved addresses, and be sure to include apartment numbers. After your order has been placed, you will receive an Order Confirmation. Please review and make sure all is correct. If you do not receive a confirmation, email smithb@steamboatmountainschool.org.

LOCAL PICKUPS:
If you are here in Steamboat and prefer to skip shipping, local pick up will be available at set times from SMS. You will receive an email with Pick Up details once your order is ready.

SHIPPING:
All canvas prints will be shipped rolled in a tube. Orders will be shipped via USPS or UPS. Expedited shipping is not available. Prints will ship in June as orders are printed and fulfilled. Orders with more than one shipping address will be charged shipping per additional address.

ADDRESS CHANGES & TRAVEL:
If your shipping address changes or you need to organize delivery around travel dates, email Brian Smith at smithb@steamboatmountainschool.org to update your address or notify the school of the dates you will be away.

DAMAGED PRINTS:
Prints are carefully reviewed and packaged as our goal is for safe travels and for you to receive them in good condition. If you receive a tube that has exterior damage, please accept it and unpack, unroll the print as the print/s may not have been damaged. If there is damage then take photos and email smithb@steamboatmountainschool.org, subject: Damaged Prints.
